Tim Sneath on his MSDN blog provides what is an amazing list of Windows 7 new features, as well as methods to change some of the newer Windows 7 features back to more classic Windows interfaces (such as adding back the quick launch menu bar, Vista style task bar, etc.) Now, I highly, HIGHLY recommend that you at least TRY the new interface elements for a month. Give yourself a chance to adapt and really see if you like the new interfaces because you cop out :-)
