Cross Game Chat and Voice Messages Coming To XMB

This is what everyone has been waiting for, and at last we finally hear something about it. Earlier this morning, "CydoniaX" (Home Manager at Sony) posted a message on the Playstation.Blog that pretty much confirmed that we will receive: Voice Chat across games, XMB Voice messaging (30 sec clips) and HOME Game Launching for all games at some point down the line.
